Crowdsourcing is the act of outsourcing tasks, traditionally performed by an employee or contractor, to a large group of people or community (a crowd), through an open call.
In essence, crowdsourcing is any sort of outsourcing that involves a large group of people actively participating in the project. Generally, this is the public, but a business might also utilize crowdsourcing techniques to develop an internal application.
Various methods of market research are used to find out information about markets, target markets and their needs, competitors, market trends, customer satisfaction with products and services, etc. Businesses can learn a great deal about customers, their needs, how to meet those needs and how the business is doing to meet those needs. Businesses need not to be experts at methods of research either.
The marketing research process is much easier when you're working with someone who speaks the language of your category and doesn't require an education on the dynamics of your industry.
As you face shrinking budgets, fierce competition and intense pressure to deliver results, MRSI is committed to providing marketing research solutions to help you grow your business and maximize customer retention.
Whether you need product development, better customer understanding or to reach a new market segment, market research can provide the insight necessary to help you succeed.

The mission of the Science Center if to inspire, motivate and stimulate innovative thinking in the areas of science, technology, engineering, math, (STEM) and career development for K-12 students; enhancing their lives through instruction, hands-on, and experiential education delivered through partnerships with schools, corporations, universities, and community. The Science Center has been a community treasure for over 50 years. The Center offers programs for students off all ages and some programs can be delivered to the student at their location. Over 50 programs available including: CSI Forensics, LEGO Robotics, Mouse Trap Physics, Astrophotography, Rocketry, and Cyber Security Certification, the first in the nation. The goal of these programs is to capture youth interest in STEM education and to engage while stimulating students in an academic environment, using critical thinking and leadership abilities. According to industry, the current workforce pipeline is lacking in many of the disciplines dependent on STEM education for the 8-12 segments. The Science Center understands the value and importance of STEM education, career exposure, and career skills development for the community at large. We also understand the disparity of student achievement in science and math relative to different segments, as determined by the Florida's Comprehensive Assessment Test scores, across ethnicities, and geographic segments. For this reason the Science Center has developed direct relationships with community partners benefiting both student and industry.

In late June 2007, the Designers Accord was founded with the goal of changing the way the creative community does business. Designers, educators, and business leaders adopted a "Kyoto Treaty" of design (later renamed the Designers Accord) that specified a particular ethos and behavior around sustainable design. The underlying philosophy of this agreement was that by collectively building our intelligence around issues of climate change and humanitarian issues - and tackling those challenges with optimism and creativity - we would catalyze innovative and sustainable problem solving throughout the creative community.
